Check out the role overview below If you are confident you have got the right skills and experience, apply today.Initial 1 year freelance contract + possible extensionLeuven, Belgium (5 days onsite/week)ASAP startFluent DutchThe assignmentAnalyse maintenance and failure data (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).Develop, draft and adjust maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, RCM).Safeguard the continuity and quality of the maintenance process.Identify and implement performance improvements for utility installations.Create lists of critical spare parts.Provide support for Root Cause Analyses (RCA) after breakdowns.Owner and executor of MOCs.Act as the technical point of contact for modifications or renewals of installations.Contribute to tenders and supplier selection for maintenance services.Document technical standards/instructions and optimise work processes.Collaborate with operational teams for continuous improvement.Required knowledge and skillsMaster's or Bachelor's degree in electromechanics, energy technology, or equivalent.Able to communicate fluently in Dutch (working language on the floor).Good command of English (reporting, communication with international colleagues).Experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial environment.Knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, water, compressed air, steam, electricity, sprinklers).Experience with RCM, RCA and performance management.Analytical and results-driven.Strong in collaboration and communication.Proactive, accurate and process-oriented. xjsrcvqKnowledge of SAP PM is a plus.
