Role Description

We're looking for a
hands-on Accounting & Administrative Officer

— a reliable, detail-oriented person who enjoys numbers and structure.

You will handle the
daily accounting operations

across several entities, ensure
accurate bookkeeping and cash tracking

, and support
internal reporting and administrative coordination

.

You'll work with
Horus accounting software

,
automation tools

, and our
in-house billing platforms

to streamline day-to-day processes.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting

* Encode all accounting entries (purchases, sales, banks, journals, expenses).
* Perform regular
bank reconciliations
.
* Prepare
supplier payments
and monitor
customer receipts
.
* Manage
intercompany entries and recharges
.
* Maintain document filing and digital archiving.
* Collaborate with the
external accountant
for monthly/annual closings.

Billing & Sales Tracking

* Prepare and issue
customer invoices
(licenses, services, support).
* Follow up on
collections and reminders
.
* Reconcile
sales forecasts and invoicing data
(Hubspot vs. accounting).
* Assist in maintaining
recurring billing cycles
and
contracts database
.

Reporting & Cash Follow-up

* Update
internal tracking files
(sales, costs, cashflow, margin).
* Feed and maintain
monthly dashboards
for management (Excel/Sheets).
* Provide accurate financial data for internal reports and partner boards.

Administration

* Support HR administration (timesheets, expenses, leaves).
* Manage administrative contracts (suppliers, insurances, subscriptions).
* Liaise with banks, auditors, payroll office, and the external accountant.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
* 3–5 years of experience
in accounting (SME or fiduciary background).
* Comfortable with
bookkeeping up to the trial balance
.
* Solid
Excel
skills.
* Organized, autonomous, and reliable.
* Positive and proactive attitude in a fast-moving environment.
* Interest in using modern digital accounting tools and process automation (Horus, SaaS billing, etc.).
* Languages:

Native French
,
Fluent English (spoken & written)
.
* Nice to have:
experience with
multi-entity accounting
or
SaaS/tech
environments.
