You will join the IT Infrastructure division, composed of two operational clusters:

* Rollout & Support
This position belongs to the
Rollout & Support Operations
unit, responsible for deployments, maintenance, third‑line support, and monitoring of core systems.
3. Responsibilities
The IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer will:
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot
Windows Server

environments.
* Maintain and enhance monitoring solutions to ensure performance and stability.
* Provide high‑quality
3rd line support
, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
* Support implementation of system changes, upgrades, and security patching.
* Drive infrastructure automation and scripting initiatives.
* Produce operational procedures and technical documentation.
* Translate complex technical topics into clear, business‑friendly language.
