As we enter our next growth phase, we are hiring an Implementation Manager.
Your mission as an Implementation Manager at UBench
* You are accountable for the successful implementation and expansion of customer solutions on our platform.
* You ensure on-time deliveries of implementations within scope and budget. All this while remaining aligned with the product roadmap and platform capabilities, so we avoid non-standard or custom solutions that would compromise product strategy.
* Our customers are complex enterprise organizations, but we operate as a small, agile company. This means you should be able to combine structured delivery with flexibility, speed and pragmatic decision-making.
Your core responsibilities:
* Change management & adoption
You drive change management and adoption at customer organizations, ensuring new workflows and automations are effectively embedded in their daily operations.
* Activation of product capabilities
You translate product capabilities (including automation and AI features) into concrete customer setups, ensuring they are activated, configured and delivering measurable value.
* Solution coordination
You own the end-to-end implementation delivery, coordinating configuration specialists, engineering teams and customer stakeholders to deliver a stable and scalable solution.
* Collaboration
You work closely with Customer Success, Product and Engineering to ensure alignment between customer needs, delivery and product strategy.
What you ideally bring to the table
* Experience: you are not new in delivering end-to-end, complex enterprise software implementations. Unforeseen challenges, last-minute changes, guiding enterprise organizations through operational change and technology adoption: youu2019ve seen (and done) it before.
* Helicopter-view: You can manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously, while maintaining a clear overview of priorities, risks and dependencies.
* Proactivity: no waiting for issues to pop up at UBench. You take initiative, communicate proactively and identify challenges before they become problems.
* Agility: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, easily switching between strategic customer discussions and hands-on internal coordination.
