Inventory Planning Specialist
Seeking for a new exciting rol in supply chain?
As a Supply Planner, you play a key role in ensuring product availability across the supply chain while balancing service levels, inventory and cost efficiency. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels and respond to supply and demand changes.
You’ll be part of a collaborative Supply Chain Planning team, contributing to the smooth execution of the S&OP process and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities:
1. Manage and optimise inventory levels in line with business strategy and customer service targets
2. Monitor supply and demand to ensure product availability while respecting cost and lead time constraints
3. Identify, analyse and proactively manage supply and inventory risks
4. Contribute to the S&OP process, including preparing for supply review meetings and follow-ups
5. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, Customer Service and suppliers
6. Support continuous improvement initiatives and supply chain projects
Wat wij van jou vragen:
7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or relevant experience
8. Min. 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics and/or inventory management
9. Fluent in English
10. Comfortable working with planning tools (e.g. SAP) and MS Office
11. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify issues
12. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
13. Structured, hands-on and solution-oriented approach
