Samsung's unique first party data help brands and media owners connect to their audience as they explore content across desktop, mobile, tablets and our Smart TVs. The Samsung Ad platform delivers high-quality audience targeting powered by three key components: first-party audience data at scale, world-class data science, and brand-safe cross-device ad inventory.
We are looking for a Sales Executive to help lead this transformation in Brazil. This role is for someone who understands that the future of CTV advertising is not only about reach. It is about intelligence, interaction, measurement and business outcomes. We need a sales professional who masters consultative discovery, builds trust with senior clients and agencies, and co-creates solutions that solve real business challenges.
Key Job Responsibilities
Strategic Discovery & Client Understanding
Deep Discovery: Lead senior-level consultative conversations to uncover the real business challenge behind each brief. Move beyond media metrics such as impressions and CPMs to identify core client problems, including market share pressure, brand consideration, churn, incremental reach, product adoption or sales acceleration.
Active Listening: Act as the voice of the client internally, translating complex brand and agency needs into clear commercial opportunities and tailored advertising strategies.
Business Problem Framing: Help clients understand how Samsung Ads can support their broader marketing objectives, from brand building to measurable outcomes.
Co-Creation & Strategic Partnership Development
Solution Co-Creation: Partner with agencies, clients and internal teams to design holistic CTV solutions using Samsung's proprietary data, premium inventory and full-funnel capabilities.
Custom Audience Strategy: Use Samsung's ACR and device-level intelligence to build relevant audience strategies, custom segments and unique media experiences that go beyond off-the-shelf planning.
Value-Based Selling: Structure, negotiate and close high-impact partnerships focused on long-term value, not one-off transactional revenue.
Executive Relationship Building: Build senior relationships across brands and agencies, becoming a trusted advisor on the future of TV, CTV and full-funnel video advertising.
CTV Evangelism: Educate the Brazilian market on the shift from traditional TV planning to data-driven, audience-first and outcome-based CTV strategies.
From Attention to Action: Build compelling narratives showing how Samsung Ads connects high-impact TV environments with measurable business outcomes.
Measurement Leadership: Guide clients through modern measurement solutions, including incrementality, brand lift, reach extension, cross-device attribution and performance signals.
Market Thought Leadership: Represent Samsung Ads in senior meetings, agency sessions and strategic forums with clarity, confidence and strong command of data.
Pipeline, Revenue & Territory Ownership
Full Ownership: Own a book of business with entrepreneurial discipline, prioritizing strategic accounts, growth opportunities and high-potential advertisers.
Pipeline Discipline: Build and manage a transparent, high-quality pipeline with clear next steps, decision-makers, timelines and commercial upside.
Revenue Delivery: Consistently drive revenue growth by converting strategic conversations into scalable partnerships, packages and long-term commitments.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Client Solutions, Insights, Product, Marketing and Operations to ensure that the commercial vision is executed with excellence.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant areas.
* Sales Experience: Experience in consultative sales within media, digital advertising, AdTech, CTV, TV, streaming platforms or premium advertising environments.
* CTV & Digital Fluency: Strong understanding of the evolution of video, connected TV, OTT, programmatic media and the Brazilian advertising ecosystem.
* Strategic Selling DNA: Ability to identify business problems, map stakeholders, build influence and sell complex solutions to senior clients and agencies.
* Data Fluency: Comfort working with audience data, measurement, insights and performance narratives.
* Executive Communication: Strong ability to present sophisticated strategies to C-level executives with clarity, confidence and business relevance.
* Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to work through ambiguity, connect dots and build solutions rather than simply sell inventory.
* Language: Advanced English is mandatory.
