As a Cryptographic Service Manager, you will be responsible for: Provide expert technical assistance on Cryptographic services and solutions, as well as implementation of customer use cases that can involve the integration with other services at application, platform or infrastructure level whether in on[1]prem or with external Cloud providers as required: technical guidance, troubleshooting, performance optimization, governance, monitoring. Manage diverse projects related to the day-to-day operations of the Unit. Participate in the formulation, planning and definition of project requirements, liaise with stakeholders and internal customers, participate in requirements gathering and communicate results. Develop a deep understanding of internal business processes, oversee their continuous improvement and manage service reliability. Ensure quality of the managed service project documentation, meeting minutes and other relevant documents and deliverables. Participate in and coordinate project meetings and related activities. Supervise services delivered within the managed services portfolio. Evaluate and implement security standards. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree at a related field Proficiency in English(C1) 10 years of experience in the area of Datacenter Infrastructures, OS management, Network, IT security perimeter. Where more than 5 years of experience on the delivery and supervision of corporate crypto services for big size organisations. Poven experience on the writing of technical documentation. Experience on the application of Agile methodologies. The services must be provided by a consultant holding the following certifications or equivalent: Certified in Thales products such as Thales Cipher Trust Manager Professional and SafeNet Luna HSM 7. ITIL Foundation Certified. Microsoft or Linux Certified Systems Engineer.
