Functieomschrijving
* Supervise and manage Belgian payroll and administration processes with SDworx.
* Ensure quality control of payroll output provided by external service providers.
* Oversee compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
* Act as a key liaison between suppliers, internal teams, external authorities, and employees.
* Lead or contribute to HR projects focused on system improvements, compliance, and customer support tools.
Profiel
* Strong expertise in Belgian payroll, working time regulations, and employment administration.
* Experience with SDworx and Eblox.
* Experience managing employee insurance benefits, including health and pension plans.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills in English and Dutch.
* Digital mindset with a passion for process improvement and GDPR compliance.
