Packaging Supervisor About the job We are looking for a motivated and skilled Packaging Supervisor to join our team in a 2-shift system. Your responsibilities The Packaging Supervisor oversees the efficient and high-quality execution of all packaging activities. Key responsibilities include: Starting up and guiding the packaging process. Ensuring compliance with quality standards and hygiene regulations. Coordinating the team within the packaging department. Resolving operational issues and driving process optimisation. Reporting progress and bottlenecks to the Production Manager. Verifying packaging orders and supporting communication between production planning and finished-goods storage. Supporting the further implementation of the MES and ERP systems on the packaging floor. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who brings: Experience in a production environment, preferably within the food industry. A motivated, flexible, and hands-on mentality. Strong technical insight and the ability to lead a team effectively. Good command of the English language. Willingness to work within a 2-shift system. Solid computer skills.
