P2MAP is a B2B SaaS company helping organizations make better portfolio and investment decisions through advanced project prioritization and scenario analysis.
We are reinforcing our commercial leadership and are now looking for an experienced hands-on Head of Revenues to take full ownership of sales and marketing strategy and its execution. You play a key role in accelerating P2MAP’s growth.
This is a leadership role with real ownership, designed for someone who wants impact, responsibility, and meaningful upside.
🎯 Your role
You will take full ownership of P2MAP’s marketing and sales strategy and its execution from day one. You work alongside the founder/CEO of P2MAP, with clear ownership of results.
Your responsibilities include:
* Refining the marketing and sales playbook, building on an existing commercial setup and direct market feedback
* Personally driving revenue generation and pipeline development, owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiation and closing
As traction grows, you will naturally evolve toward structuring and leading the broader sales organization (SDRs, business development, marketing, etc.).
This is not a purely strategic or managerial role; it is about making things work in practice.
👤 Who we’re looking for
* Experienced business development or sales profile with prior B2B SaaS experience
* Proven track record selling complex solutions with medium to long sales cycles
* Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, early-stage environment
* Strong hands-on mindset: you enjoy being directly involved in deals
* Autonomous, pragmatic, results-driven
* Experience in Project Portfolio Management, enterprise software, or decision-support tools is a strong plus
🌍 Markets & languages
* Primary commercial focus on European markets, with an initial emphasis on Benelux and France
* Fluent English is required
* French and/or Dutch are important for the initial focus on local markets
