As a
Technical Support Engineer German
you are the primary technical resource for the customers and partners. You will be responsible for actively guiding the customers through the installation, configuration and commissioning of the company solutions. You need to be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues that arise during this process.
Your responsibilities as a
Technical Support

* Provide B2B support
and
guidance
to customers and partners, both on hardware and software level
* Use your
product knowledge
and expertise to
guide customers
* Assist customers
via phone, email, and chat to provide detailed and accurate case information
* Collaborate
with
team members
to define solutions for customers
