We're Hiring: Sales Manager – Brazil (Solar + Energy Storage)
Are you an experienced sales professional in the renewable energy industry with strong market insight in Brazil? We are looking for a driven and strategic C&I Sales Manager to join our growing international team.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customer relationships, driving long-term partnerships and leading framework agreement negotiations
* Design and execute regional sales strategies based on power demand differences across Brazil (e.g., São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Northeast regions)
* Present and explain solar + energy storage solutions to clients, providing initial technical consultation beyond standard quotations
* Achieve sales targets under high-pressure environments while leading and mentoring local sales teams
* Maintain strong client relationships through frequent business travel and effective use of tools like WhatsApp
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, International Trade, or related fields
* Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the renewable energy industry, including at least 1 year in a managerial role
* Solid understanding of Brazil’s regional energy market dynamics and customer needs
* Strong knowledge of commercial compliance and legal risk management in Brazil
* Portuguese and English can be used as working languages
* Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset
* Willingness to travel frequently for business development
