It is used by thousands of staff across EU institutions, bodies, and agencies, generating a high volume of monthly interactions.You will join a small team responsible for the day-to-day management, quality, and continuous improvement of the platform, working closely with a large network of internal content providers.Your ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain content on a SharePoint Online communication siteEnsure high-quality, clear, and well-structured content in EnglishCoordinate and support a network of internal content contributorsMaintain and optimise information architecture, metadata, and permissionsEdit and publish pages using advanced SharePoint functionalities and web partsImprove user experience and navigation across the platformManage content libraries, lists, and structured informationRespond to content updates and requests from users and contributorsContribute to the continuous improvement of the platformYour Profile:ExperienceExperience managing SharePoint Online communication sitesExperience in web content management and editorial processesExperience working with multiple stakeholders or distributed content contributorsAt least 6 years of experienceTechnical SkillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint OnlineExperience managing libraries, lists, metadata, permissions, and term storeAdvanced page editing and web part usage (including PnP Search)Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate in a SharePoint environmentUnderstanding of UX and UI principles for web platformsSoft SkillsExcellent writing and editing skills in EnglishAbility to simplify complex or technical informationStrong collaboration and communication skillsAbility to work proactively and in an agile mannerComfortable working with large networks of contributors
