They create innovative medicines for people and animals, adding value through innovation for all three business areas: human pharmaceuticals, animal health, and contract manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. Now they are in the expansion phase and are developing the animal area. Our client is forming a technological hub that will serve the entire group internationally. This hub is located in San Cugat del Vallés.
We are looking for a Junior Scientific Project Specialist. This candidate is going to provide support with the publication platform for focus markets.
What would your duties be?
* Maintenance of the Early Access systems up to date following our internal processes and guidelines.
* Populating entries in the systems with complete and accurate information.
* Maintaining and updating the entries in the systems in real time.
* Understanding the process execution according to standard processes.
* Support the organisation of key alignment meetings with relevant stakeholders.
* Consolidating meeting minutes to share with stakeholders.
* Documents archive and administration.
Which are the requirements for this position?
* Master's degree in biological sciences (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, among others).
* English fluent in written, reading, speaking.
* Familiar with early access / compassionate use / clinical trials operational management would be an added advantage.
* Solid project management skills.
* Have a service-oriented and organized mindset.
* Ability to multi-task and function under high pressure environments.
