Interim supply planning manager sought for a FMCG company in East Flanders. This concerns a classic interim assignment to cover a position until permanent replacement is found.

It is a highly dynamic environment that requires someone with both coaching/people management experience and a deep planning expertise (supply, inventory, production).

Start- Mid MarchDuration- 3 months with option to extendHours p/w - 40Type- Freelance contract via Amoria BondLanguages -English and ideally DutchLocation- East Flanders (fulltime on site working)

The interim supply planning manager will lead a group of planners for raw materials, finished goods and production planning. This group requires coaching and mentoring.On top of that, there will be a lot of alignment with manufacturing and there can be quite ad hoc change requirements in planning that need to be coordinated.

A very strong planning expertise is therefore needed.

Profile requirements:Track record as a supply planning manager for production plantsBSc.+ in relevant areaSector experience; ideally FMCGExperience with supply, inventory, raw material and production planningStrong people management/coaching skillsHighly adaptableFluent in English and ideally Dutch
