Retail Worker Pop-Up Store Are you someone who gets energy from helping customers, enjoys selling with a smile, and can fully embrace a brand story? Then Trixie has a spot for you in our very first pop-up store in Kortrijk! As a Shop Assistant/Retail Worker, you will be the face of Trixie in the store. You’ll create a warm welcome, provide a great shopping experience, and help make this pop-up a success. Key responsibilities Sales & Customer Service Engage in active selling and provide personalized, customer-focused service Listen to customers and give honest, helpful advice Contribute to achieving daily sales targets Brand Experience Represent Trixie with enthusiasm and embody our brand values Bring the brand story to life in every customer interaction Store Operations Support the shop manager with merchandising and store presentation Assist with stock management: receiving deliveries, replenishing shelves, and conducting inventory counts alongside the shop manager Maintain order and cleanliness in the store Your profile You have 0 to 2 years of experience in sales or customer service You are customer-focused, communicative, and positive You have a good feeling for the Trixie brand and our target audience You are hands-on, flexible, and happy to roll up your sleeves You support your colleagues where needed We offer A temporary assignment of at least 6 months (depending on the duration of the pop-up), with a start planned for mid-March. The exact location of the pop-up will be in Kortrijk. Working hours will be set according to the shop’s opening hours, aligned with the customs of the region. You are willing to work at least 3 days per week, including Saturdays and occasionally Sundays. And on top of that… an infinite playground of opportunities!
