Our client, a leading energy infrastructure group, is seeking a Technical Owner to lead the evolution of their flow management platform. This role combines technical leadership with hands‑on development to ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions that support the transition toward carbon neutrality.
Own and safeguard the technical health, architecture, and long-term maintainability of the energy management platform.
Translate product requirements into robust technical designs, system interactions, and actionable backlog items.
Mentor and coach team members on technical decisions, cross-product standards, and best practices.
Facilitate the resolution of technical bottlenecks, risks, and technical debt.
Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to plan delivery and ensure alignment with the definition of done.
Engage with internal technical stakeholders to align on technical enablers, constraints, and cross-product integration.
You have experience in backend development with .NET 8, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET Web API .
You possess a solid understanding of software architecture, system integration patterns, and maintainable system design.
You bring experience with data management using SQL Server or Oracle .
You have experience working with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ .
You're familiar with modern DevOps tools including Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines .
You have experience performing technical analysis and system modeling using UML .
You possess strong communication and facilitation skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
You are fluent in English with a good command of French or Dutch .
Nice to Haves
Willingness to improve French or Dutch .
Knowledge of the energy sector or carbon-neutral energy carriers.
Experience with product budget discussions and technical feasibility trade-offs.
