As they expand their pipeline and enter pivotal stages of development, they are now looking for a Clinical Operations Development Lead to help shape the future of therapeutic advancement.
🔍 What You'll Do
As a senior strategic leader, you will:
* Serve as the operational cornerstone for an entire therapeutic indication or asset
* Lead global clinical development strategies and trial execution across all phases (I–III and beyond)
* Collaborate with MDs, scientific leaders, and cross-functional teams to craft and deliver Clinical Development Plans (CDPs) and Target Product Profiles (TPPs)
* Be the key decision-maker on timelines, budgets, CRO oversight, risk mitigation, and cross-regional trial execution (USA, EMEA, LATAM, JAPAC)
* Inspire and develop a high-performing team of CTLs and CTMs—coaching, onboarding, and guiding them through complexity
đź’Ľ What You Bring
* 8+ years of experience in global clinical development (sponsor-side only), including strong line management experience (at least 5+ years)
* Experience leading programs through full lifecycle: IND, global submissions, approvals, and post-marketing studies
* Strategic leadership within rare disease or immunology is a plus
* A collaborative mindset—co-creation and people empowerment are part of your DNA
* Long-tenure professional history, with proven growth and promotions in small-to-mid biotech companies
