Job description Your responsibilities; • Manage the purchasing of both standard and customized technical parts. • Work in close cooperation with the design department to clarify technical requirements, develop specifications, and define new needs. • Request and evaluate quotations, conduct benchmarks, and provide models for decision-making. • Prepare and lead supplier meetings and negotiations. • Oversee planning and implementation of engineering change projects. • Contribute to component standardization and manage interchangeable parts. • Handle complaints management and ensure quick, solution-oriented follow-up. • Support strategic purchasing initiatives and purchasing controlling. Profil • Degree in engineering or technical studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s). • Strong technical understanding, with knowledge in mechanics, dynamics, electrics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. • CAD skills required; experience with SolidWorks is a plus. • Proficiency in German or French, along with very good English skills. • Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset, results-oriented. • Team player with flexibility, assertiveness, and a strong willingness to learn.
