As they continue to grow their footprint in Belgium, I am seeking an experienced and results-driven ERP / SAP Sales Manager to lead and drive strategic sales initiatives across the region.
Role Overview:
As an ERP / SAP Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will collaborate closely with pre-sales consultants, delivery teams, and marketing to position ERP and SAP-based solutions that address client needs and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow ERP/SAP business in Belgium
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and targeted outreach
* Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
* Build strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders across target industries
* Collaborate with pre-sales and technical consultants to tailor proposals and demonstrate solution value
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP products (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud) and ERP trends
* Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
* Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs in the CRM system
* Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and SAP ecosystem forums
Your Profile:
* Proven track record in B2B sales of ERP or SAP solutions
* 5+ years of experience in software or technology sales, ideally with a focus on SAP (any ERP is ok as SAP can be trained)
* Strong understanding of the ERP/SAP landscape, licensing models, and implementation cycles
* Ability to engage at both business and technical levels, with excellent consultative selling skills
* Fluent in English; fluency in either Dutch or French
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach
