You’ll be responsible for designing, configuring, and integrating scalable solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders and platform teams.ResponsibilitiesImplement and configure ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).Develop scripts, business rules, and workflows to automate and enhance ITSM processes.Design and build integrations using IntegrationHub, REST, and SOAP APIs.Translate business and technical requirements into efficient ServiceNow solutions.Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities in an Agile setup.Ensure data quality and performance across the ITSM suite.Required SkillsStrong technical expertise in ServiceNow ITSM implementations.Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and custom workflows.Solid understanding of ACLs, ServiceNow security, and data models.Integration experience with third-party tools and systems.Nice to HaveServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITSM Specialist)ITIL knowledge and practical application in ServiceNowExperience with Performance Analytics or Virtual Agent
