Job Title: IT Support Specialist - Desktop Services
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide Level 2 deskside support for our customers in Louvain-la-Neuve and Zaventem. The successful candidate will work on tickets assigned through our customer's ticketing system, managing them to resolution based on priority levels and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ticket Management: Manage tickets through to resolution based on priority levels and in line with defined SLAs.
* Hardware Break/Fix Services: Provide hardware break/fix services, including OEM warranty management.
* Software Support: Offer standard software and OS support (Windows 10 & 11).
* Device Staging: Stage devices via Autopilot (Lenovo Cloud/Intune), PXE config, or USB stick.
* PC Asset Management: Support PC asset and configuration management processes.
* ServiceNow Database Management: Manage ServiceNow database integrated with SCCM.
* End-User Device Support: Support end-user devices (PCs, workstations, printers, mobility).
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
o 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience as an IT Technician (preferably in MSP or multi-client environments).
o MS 365 Administration: Strong experience with MS 365 administration.
o Desktop OS Expertise: Proficient in desktop OS (Windows 10 & 11).
o Active Directory: Active Directory expertise.
o Languages: Fluent in French, English, and Dutch.
o Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
