Your Mission :
As Supply Chain Manager, you will:
* Oversee logistics, planning, and supply activities for the Buizingen plant.
* Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
* Lead the S&OP process and align production capacity with customer needs.
* Drive continuous improvement and implement industrial excellence tools.
* Manage and develop a motivated team focused on customer orientation.
What We’re Looking For :
* Industrial Engineer with 5+ years in Supply Chain and 3+ years in management.
* Experience in an industrial environment.
* Fluent in French, English, and Dutch.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
* Familiarity with Lean principles, continuous improvement tools, and SAP.
