Department Info
The Terumo Europe ICT department operates from Belgium and acts as a shared service center providing IT services to Terumo Europe's associates and customers in the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
The department is divided into two teams: Infrastructure, Operations & Network; Applications, Enterprise Architecture & Analytics. As IT Infrastructure & Network Operations Manager EMEA, you will lead a team of 6, oversee external partners, and ensure high-quality ICT services across the region. Your role involves managing infrastructure design, implementation, and operations, including network, datacenter, servers, end-user devices, and service desk. You will analyze requirements, manage projects and changes, support current infrastructure, lead your team, and collaborate with security teams to align with security policies and compliance.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in ICT infrastructure, network operations, and service delivery, preferably in MedTech or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of datacenter equipment, servers, networking, and service management.
- Familiarity with ITIL and cybersecurity standards.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.
- Project management skills for handling multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Certifications like ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft are a plus.
- Experience in MedTech or healthcare IT is highly desirable.
