Sales & business development manager - architectural solutions

As a Sales & Business Development Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:Manage and develop a portfolio of B2B clients across Belgium (Architects, contractors, cities, large companies).Handle incoming requests, prepare quotations, and ensure timely and accurate follow-up.Identify and develop new business opportunitiesStrengthen relationships with key clients and partners.Act as a trusted advisor, combining technical knowledge and commercial insight.Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.Support new product launches and contribute to the commercial development strategy.Gradually take on team leadership responsibilities, coaching and guiding other sales colleagues once fully integrated.Relevant experience in B2B sales within construction, joinery, electrical installation, facade systems, or related industries.Strong technical affinity and ability to discuss customized solutions.Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a good working knowledge of the other language.Autonomous, hands-on, and proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.Leadership potential and ambition to evolve into a Sales Team Lead.Professional growth opportunities: the role offers a fast track to Team Lead responsibilities.Exposure to diverse projects across Belgium, working with architects, contractors, and large organizations.Collaborative, flat organizational culture with autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to have a direct impact on company growth.Opportunity to be involved in product innovation and strategic commercial initiatives, shaping the future of the company's offerings
