Position Objective (Summary): Take operational responsibility and execute the 8 initiatives below to increase the volume and quality of demos, reactivate trials, industrialize mid-market outbound, scale AEs, and activate partnerships/referrals in order to quickly generate new MRR.
Reporting Line: Reports to COO, close collaboration with Philippe (Head of Sales), Christabel (SDR Lead), Martin (AE Team Lead)
You will be the owner of each project (full-time or fractional mission 40–60%, initial 6 months).

Projects
1. Improve Free Trial → Demo Conversion
Context: Leads & Demos
Team: SDR
Objective: Increase conversion of free trials into demos without degrading demo quality
Key Actions: Optimize in-app CTAs and instant booking; define minimal qualification scripts (guardrails); implement email/SMS sequences and reminders
2. Reactivation of Inactive/Lost Free Trials After Demo
Context: Leads & Demos
Team: SDR
Objective: Re-engage inactive trials and recover demos / MRR
Key Actions: Segment and score inactive trials; re-engagement sequence (6–8 touches); win-back / quick-win offer + automation
3. Structured Outbound – Mid-Market
Context: Leads & Demos
Team: SDR / Growth
Objective: Industrialize outbound for mid-market and generate qualified demos
Key Actions: Define ICP and list building; implement multichannel cadences + scripts; launch A/B tests and performance tracking
4. Scaling Mid-Market AE
Context: New Revenue
Team: AE
Objective: Double mid-market sales capacity
Key Actions: Recruitment and sourcing plan; onboarding & ramp plan; define appropriate quotas and compensation
5. Market Expansion (UK, ES, NL)
Context: Leads & Demos / New Revenue
Team: AE / Growth
Objective: Prioritize and test markets/verticals to reach a critical mass of clients per market
Key Actions: Geo/vertical prioritization + pricing tests; localized campaigns + landing pages + playbooks; local onboarding and CAC/LTV measurement
6. Referrals

Objective: Improve referral process to increase volume and quality of inbound leads
Key Actions: Create incentive program + templates; integrate referral requests into customer journey; implement tracking and rewards
7. “Big cooreporate-like” Partnerships
Context: Leads & Demos / New Revenue

Objective: Identify and activate partners/ecosystems generating recurring leads and medium/large deals
Key Actions: Mapping and prioritization of target ecosystems; outreach and co-sold offers + enablement kits; POCs/pilots and co-managed pipeline
8. Trade Shows – Lead Generation & Qualification
Context: Leads & Demos
Team: AE / Events
Objective: Quickly convert trade show leads into qualified demos
Key Actions: Pre-qualification form + scoring; immediate assignment + 48h follow-up playbook; post-show KPIs and debriefs

Candidate Profile (Summary)
- 7–10+ years in SaaS Sales leadership (scaling SDR + AE, mid-market outbound, etc.)
- Operational and hands-on experience (segmentation, cadences, re-engagement, AE recruitment, partnerships)
- Proficient with CRM/automation tools (Pipedrive appreciated) and able to manage dashboards
- Leader-coach, structured, execution and results-oriented
- Fluent French + professional English
