A Test Consultant is required to execute testing activities across the HR landscape, including HR processes, integrations, data, and compliance.ResponsibilitiesExecute End-to-End testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SuccessFactors and HR integrationsSupport definition and documentation of test scenarios with business stakeholdersEnsure coverage of SAP localisations and Belgian HR, payroll, tax, and compliance requirementsValidate integrations and data flows between SuccessFactors, SAP HR systems, payroll, time management, and downstream systemsCoordinate testing activities with business users, process owners, technical teams, integration teams, and vendorsTrack testing progress and report statusProfileExperience as Test Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors implementationsExperience in SAP HR / SuccessFactors environmentsUnderstanding of HR processes including Core HR, payroll, time management, position management, reporting, and analyticsAdditional DetailsLocation: Brussels (50% onsite)Contract: FreelanceDuration: Long TermStart date: ASAPLanguage: English (French and/or Dutch preferred)
