The Role We're hiring Software Engineers (Pleno level) to join our distributed engineering team. You'll work on consumer-facing products with millions of active users, ship code that reaches production within days, and collaborate with a senior global team across product, design, and growth.
What You'll Do
* Build and ship features across our mobile and web subscription products
* Work directly with product managers, designers, and founders in a flat, fast-moving environment
* Own features end-to-end: from technical design through deployment and post-launch iteration
* Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering culture as we scale our Brazil team
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
* Strong fundamentals in at least one modern stack (TypeScript/Node, Python, Swift, Kotlin, or React)
* Comfort working in English (written communication is essential; spoken English is a plus)
* Track record of shipping production code in a fast-paced product environment
* Self-directed, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity
Nice to Have
* Experience with mobile development (iOS or Android)
* Background in subscription apps, AI products, or high-scale consumer software
* Open-source contributions or side projects
