We are very excited to speak with candidates who have or hold:
* Minimum a Bachelor's degree (preferably a Master's degree) in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, and 3+ years of relevant work experience
* Minimum 2 years experience with ServiceNow implementation, especially in IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, IT Business Management, or IT Operations Management
* Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
* Experience with solutioning and delivering complex enterprise technology implementations
* Experience identifying and resolving potential trade-offs or conflicts among technical solutions options, and ability to align this with business outcomes or impacts
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly translate theoretical concepts into practical outcomes that deliver business value
* Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
* Excellent command of written and spoken English, as well as proficiency in either Dutch or French
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Ideally, you also have:
* Experience with general technology implementation and software development lifecycle
* Experience in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle and Agile Management
* Certifications in IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, IT Business Management, IT Operations Management, and ITIL
* Certified ITIL V3 practitioner
* Experience with XML, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
