After Sales Manager
We are looking for a dynamic After Sales Manager to lead Valmet’s Service Center and support the development of their Flow Control Sales team.
The position is based in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, and covers the Spanish market.

his role is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery and continuous improvement of after-sales services, while promoting customer satisfaction, operational reliability, and compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
The main tasks will be:
* Collaborate closely with Sales and Services teams to propose value-added services and tailored solutions for existing customers.
* Develop and recommend plans to enhance service performance by reviewing current results and identifying areas for improvement.
* Oversee and establish the operational framework and provide guidance aligned with the service strategy. Responsible for budget management and policy recommendations and implementation.
* Proactively seek new service business opportunities, engage with customers, and implement service agreements.
* Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of service employees to ensure adherence to agreed service standards.
* Maintain an up-to-date Installed Base for the country and conduct proper follow-up with customers to support service and maintenance development.
* Promote and enforce the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
We are looking for an After Sales Manager with a degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in after-sales management or service operations within industrial sectors. The candidate must have experience in developing service plans, managing budgets, overseeing service teams, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Knowledge in contract management and customer service processes is required.
