As a Junior Salesforce Developer, you’ll help design, build, and customize Salesforce applications that solve real business challenges. Working alongside senior developers and business stakeholders, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle—from gathering requirements to delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.
* Work with senior developers and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
* Build Salesforce solutions using declarative tools like Lightning App Builder, Process Builder, and Flow
* Customize functionality with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
* Help integrate third-party apps, plugins, and APIs into the Salesforce ecosystem
* Conduct unit tests, support system testing, and troubleshoot issues
* Participate in code reviews and contribute ideas for performance and quality improvements
* Assist with deploying Salesforce solutions to production
* Stay up to date with new Salesforce features, tools, and best practices
* Contribute to technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
* Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and QA teams to meet deadlines and deliver quality work
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
* Familiarity with Salesforce tools (Lightning App Builder, Process Builder, Flow) and programming (Apex, Visualforce)
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular is a plus
* Eagerness to learn and keep up with the latest Salesforce innovations
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
* Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Administrator) are a bonus but not required
