We are looking for an experienced Interim Finance Manager to lead the Finance function of an international organisation operating in a production / manufacturing environment. Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee the full finance function and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead finance activities across accounting, controlling, treasury, and tax
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards including International Financial Reporting Standards
• Manage cash planning and financing activities
• Strengthen internal controls and support audits
• Provide financial insights and advice to senior management
Must-Have Experience

âś” Product costing and cost controlling
âś” IFRS reporting
âś” Financing and banking relationships
âś” Leadership of finance teams
Profile
• 15+ years’ experience in international finance roles
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
