About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our global team. As part of our sales team, you will contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet company objectives
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with our strategy roadmap
* Hunt new potential customers through close follow-up and prospecting
* Deploy new technical solutions into identified market segments
* Track opportunities using CRM database and monitor/report commercial dashboard
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
* Prepare and deliver commercial presentations to potential new customers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Engineering
* Three years' experience in sales with a proven track record
* Technical background with experience in plastics/bioplastics industry (packaging, automotive, healthcare, additive manufacturing, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with CRM software
* Ability to travel (about 40% of working time)
