Technical Sales Manager Premix and Specialties

About Nuscience Belgium

Nuscience, part of Agrifirm, develops smart nutritional concepts, premix, additive solutions and early feed for different species. They work B2B with feed millers but also grow strongly in direct-to-farmer (home mix farms) business. To strengthen the team in Drongen, they are looking for a Technical Sales Manager for Flanders, Belgium.

Job description

Grow your market, close to your customers

1. Manage existing customers (feed millers) and develop new relationships directly with farmers (pigs, ruminants, poultry).
2. Spot opportunities, drive growth and introduce innovative concepts and products.
3. Take ownership of your region and become a trusted advisor.
4. Act as the go-to link between your customers and the HQ in Drongen, where product managers and technical experts support you.
5. Bring fresh market insights to help sharpen positioning and strategy.
6. Translate technical expertise into practical value for customers: through farm visits, seminars and expert sessions.
7. Report directly to the Sales Director North-West Europe.

Profile

Commercially minded with strong nutritional know-how

Job requirements

8. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Agro-and Biotechnology, Bio-engineering, Bioscience Engineering, Veterinary or similar. Equivalent experience works too.
9. A real affinity with livestock farming.
10. Experience in a commercial B2B environment is a plus.
11. Knowledge of animal nutrition or experience in technical support.
12. Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
