The General Manager will be in charge of the following responsibilities :
* You define operational and commercial strategy, translating it into clear action plans, KPIs, and budgets (in collaboration with the Board of Directors).
* You monitor the execution of the strategy and ensure professional reporting on revenue, occupancy rates, quality standards, profitability, customer satisfaction and operational performance.
* You lead the management team: operations, sales & marketing, revenue management, finance, HR, and legal.
* You regularly organize management meetings, team meetings and one-on-one meetings to ensure proper follow-up of decisions and stay connected with the teams.
* You oversee the entire guest journey, from booking to departure, ensuring service consistency and improving guest review scores.
* You are responsible for budgeting, cost control, profitability, and financial monitoring. You analyze results, identify improvement areas and take targeted actions.
* You supervise the different products and on-site teams by regularly visiting the locations.
* Previous experience in a similar position
* Solid management experience in the hospitality sector
* Commercially driven and results-oriented
* Excellent people manager with experience managing multidisciplinary teams
* Entrepreneurial mindset, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
* Fluent in both French and Dutch
* Willing to travel regularly between different sites
