This work enables management, company directors, shareholders, and other stakeholders across private and public sector organizations to make well-informed decisions.To further strengthen the Valuations team and support continued growth, the team is seeking a motivated and capable professional with a minimum of six years of relevant experience for a (Senior) Manager role.Roles & ResponsibilitiesWhat will the role involve?As a (Senior) Manager within the Valuations team, the role operates within the Deals practice, with a strong focus on delivering valuation advice to clients across a broad range of industries. This includes the valuation of businesses, shares and intangible assets (such as brands and customer relationships) for various purposes, including M&A transactions, accounting, tax matters, internal reorganizations, and disputes. The role also supports clients with Purchase Price Allocations (IFRS 3) and impairment tests under BE GAAP and IAS 36.Key responsibilities include:Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of engagements and acting as the primary point of contact for clients; Managing workflows and coordinating the activities of team members, while collaborating closely with other KPMG teams such as Audit, Tax & Legal, and Risk; Coordinating team efforts related to market and financial research, financial statement analysis, pricing and valuation analysis, and the preparation of valuation reports; Building and expanding a professional network, and establishing long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted adviser, and leveraging expertise, skills, and experience to support clients' objectives.Individual initiative and ambition contribute directly to KPMG's success.
