Job Title: Functional Analyst
Contract Duration: ASAP - 31/12/2026 (possibly extended)
Languages Required: Dutch and English
Work Location: Leuven, Belgium (Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite)
Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities
You are the bridge between business and IT and translate needs into solutions:
- Collecting and analyzing requirements for access management and identity
- Translating IAM issues into clear functional analyses
- Collaborate with architects and developers on solutions (such as SSO, access roles, lifecycle management)
- Support with testing and implementation
- Helping to resolve incidents around access and authentication
- You contribute ideas about optimisations of IAM processes and tooling
- Balancing security and ease of use

Job requirements:
- Experience as a functional analyst or business analyst
- Proven experience with IAM / access management
- You understand concepts such as roles & permissions, SSO, identity lifecycle
- You can switch smoothly between business and IT
- Experience with tools such as Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, ... is a plus.
