B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and is therefore welcoming a new Project Manager CI&S (Customer Installation & Services) within our Industrial Engineering team.
As a Project Manager at B.E.S., you will operate in a dynamic and highly technical environment where you will manage industrial installation projects across their full lifecycle, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering, operations, and commercial teams.

You will be part of a cross-functional team supporting industrial operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of installation projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop strong expertise in industrial project execution, combining engineering, safety, procurement, and site management in a highly regulated technical environment.
Your Responsibilities:
* Support the sales and business development teams by defining project scope, feasibility, and preliminary cost estimation during the early phases of projects.
* Define technical solutions in collaboration with engineering and asset teams, including equipment selection, design basis, and service requirements.
* Coordinate procurement activities (RFQs) and ensure alignment with technical and budgetary requirements.
* Manage full project execution after approval, including planning, budget control, contractor coordination, and stakeholder reporting.
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (including ISO and internal IMS requirements).
* Oversee construction, installation, commissioning, and startup activities, ensuring successful project handover to operations.
* Manage change requests, risks, and project deviations while maintaining control of scope, schedule, and cost.
* Support the installation throughout its lifecycle, including modifications, audits, risk assessments, and eventual dismantling if required.
* Ensure structured project governance with clear timelines, reporting, and regular review meetings with all stakeholders.
Your Profile:
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical field.
* 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in industrial project management, engineering, or execution within a technical environment (energy, chemical, manufacturing, or similar industries).
* Strong understanding of industrial installations, construction processes, and engineering principles.
* Knowledge of safety processes such as HAZOP, LOPA, MOC, or similar is a strong asset.
* Experience with CAPEX projects and budget management is highly valued.
* Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
* Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
* Hands-on mindset with willingness to occasionally be present on industrial sites.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.
* Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and continuous improvement mindset.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
