Our client, a semi-public organization focused on sustainable waste management and environmental safety, is seeking a seasoned IT professional. The role focuses on managing workstations and resolving technical issues to ensure optimal productivity for all end-users.
Register, analyze, and resolve technical hardware and software incidents through a ticketing system.
Install, maintain, and replace workstations and peripheral equipment.
Deploy and customize local system software and end-user applications.
Manage inventory and stock levels for reserve equipment and hardware components.
Formulate proposals for new hardware and software selection based on organizational needs.
Apply ITIL processes for service requests, incident management, and change control.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and technical inventories for the workstation park.
What are we looking for?
You bring 8+ years experience in a helpdesk or servicedesk environment.
You have practical knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with ITSM tools.
You possess experience in application support and resolving user issues across diverse software environments.
You have experience with hardware maintenance, installation, and inventory management.
You're native in Dutch.
You bring a basic understanding of IT security and general security awareness.
You possess a service-oriented mindset with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
You're stress-resistant and capable of prioritizing tasks under pressure.
You bring a portfolio or documented example of a recent complex incident investigation and resolution.
Nice to Haves
Possession of a security clearance.
