YOUR RESPONSABILITIES In this role you will reportto the People & Culture Unit Manager. You will: Implementpeople planning strategy at unit level, followingprinciples/guidelines as required. You will do this by analyzingstaffing data and people analytics Ensure compliance to IKEAemployment standards, legal and union requirements related topeople planning in the unit Contribute to the unit''s completepeople planning process from forecasting to the execution of theschedule You create draft schedules timely and discuss these withyour units managers before publishing them. Collaborate with allstakeholders involved to ensure vacancies are approved with theright contract type based on the business needs and forecast Ensure unit leaders'' awareness and knowledge of the people planningprocess and their role in it through education, training andsupport.
