* Leading project engineers and designers
* Managing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk control
* Coordinating concept, basic, and detail engineering phases
* Safeguarding technical quality and compliance with offshore and wind industry standards
* Acting as primary contact for clients, classification societies, and external partners
* Managing projects such as offshore wind mobilisations, wind turbine installation support, vessel upgrades, structural modifications, DP upgrades, and offshore engineering studies
* Contributing strategically to innovation, optimisation, and future offshore wind opportunities
Profile
Do you recognise yourself in the following?
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Offshore Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or similar
* Several years of experience in project management within the offshore and/or offshore wind sector
* Strong technical foundation in offshore structures, wind turbine support structures, or vessel modifications
* Experience with budgeting, planning, contract management, and stakeholder coordination
* Familiarity with offshore wind projects, wind turbine installation, or other related marine operations
* Experience with offshore vessels, workboats, installation vessels, or heavy marine units.

Tasks & responsibilities
We are looking for an engineer maintenance plans to join our shipbuilding client in The Netherlands.
We meticulously scrutinize every ship system making tailored maintenance plans that drive peak performance. These preventive maintenance plans will ensure the efficiency of the military ships during the whole life-cycle; You'll learn how to analyze maritime risks (RAM and FMECA calculations) to help avoid breakdowns during military operations, contributing to mission success; You will work with our suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that every part, spare and tool is in the right place at the right time.
General ILS work will include analyzing maintenance plans/tasks, technical documentation (S1000D), supply support, including special tools & test equipment, and training.
