Role: Senior Construction Risk & Change ManagerClient: Global Leading Cost & Project Management ConsultancyLocation: Charleroi RegionProject: Date CentreThe Role:Be expected to be dedicated to the Project Management Consultancy based in Charleroi, Belgium, with the deliverable scope split 30% Risk Management and 70% Change management.Be responsible for the Overall Management and tracking of the Early Warning Notifications (EWNs), Risk Management and Change Management processMange and Host EWNs, Risk and Change meetings to review with key stakeholders and subject matter expertsEscalate submissions that breach agreed escalation thresholds triggersManage Change communication and ensure key stakeholders are informed of change orders and action as requiredMaintain Client Database and ensure comprehensive detail is managed effectively and explains the content clearlyUse facilitating best practices, engage collaboratively with risk owners to develop realistic risk impact assessments, seeking feedback from key subject matter experts to ensure any identified risks and mitigation efforts are accurately costed and scheduledDevelop stress test scenarios on extreme risk events, and using expert risk analysis, present and deliver outputs to the wider team.Engage collaboratively with risk owners to develop realistic risk impact assessments, seeking feedback from key subject matter experts to ensure any identified risks and mitigation efforts are accurately costed and scheduledPrepare reports on status of change and risk for inclusion in monthly project reportsManage and report to the Owner on the total Project Contingency budget versus actual spend and maintain the change order log demonstrating the drawdown of contingency.Requirements Degree or comparable experience in a relevant discipline, where you have championed Risk & Change Management.Experience in delivery of large-scale complex construction projects.Experience using industry risk management tools such as Safran Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk and familiarity with ARM, Xactium, RiskPredict!.Have a working knowledge of the principles contained in ISO 31000, COSO, AACE and PMI Risk Management guidelines.Thrive on balancing analytical and strategic approaches in your leadership.Fluent in English language both orally and written.Currently living or looking to move to the region (you must have the legal right to work already)Contact Stephen Kelly on +353 474 4071 to find out more!
