As Technical Account Manager Wallonia, you'll accelerate Smappee's growth by engaging and supporting a wide network of installers and distributors across Wallonia. With your technical expertise and customer-first mindset, you will introduce partners to our smart EV charging and energy management solutions, provide in-depth guidance throughout the sales cycle, and ensure smooth adoption after implementation.
As a key player in strengthening our regional presence, you'll build strong relationships, close valuable deals, and help shape the future of EV charging and energy management in your territory.
*Responsibilities*
* You build and maintain long-term relationships with installers, distributors, facility managers, and other partners.
* You actively prospect, approach, and close deals with clients within EV charging and energy management in Wallonia.
* You provide technical presentations, demos, and product explanations tailored to customer needs.
* You support partners before, during, and after the sale, ensuring a smooth installation and positive experience.
* You maintain a structured sales pipeline and use CRM tools effectively to manage a high volume of leads.
* You stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity, and translate insights into opportunities.
Requirements
* You have 3+ years of sales experience in a technical environment, with a proven trackrecord in building and maintaining client relationships.
* You have an existing network among installers, distributors, or energy-related businesses.
* You are fluent in French, with professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
* You have a valid driver's license and live in or near Wallonia, with the willingness to travel frequently within your territory.
* Your selling, communication, and negotiation skills set you apart, enabling you to drive successful partnerships and close deals.
* You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can work independently while contributing to the team's success.
