Senior Full Stack DeveloperAntwerp | Senior Full Stack Developer | NL | Insurance | Company Car | 1112954Your new company Hays is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer in Antwerp for an established and fast-growing organisation within the insurance and financial administration sector. This client plays a key role in supporting entrepreneurs and families through digital platforms and services. You will join a financially stable company with over 100 employees at the Antwerp site, known for its collaborative, informal culture and strong focus on knowledge sharing, innovation and personal growth.Your new role As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary agile team working on modern web applications with real impact. You contribute to both development and technical excellence within the team.Your responsibilities include: - Developing scalable web applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Web API and MVC - Working with modern cloud technologies such as Azure, containers and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) - Building new features and improving existing applications used by customers and internal stakeholders - Ensuring code quality and applying best practices such as SOLID, DRY and KISS - Collaborating closely with analysts, testers and other developers in an agile setup - Mentoring junior and medior developers and sharing technical expertise - Contributing to technical analyses and continuous improvement of development processesYou will work in sprints, participate in daily stand-ups and deliver tangible results through demos and iterative development.Your profile You are a senior developer with strong backend expertise and a solid understanding of frontend technologies.Key requirements: - Fluent in Dutch, with good knowledge of English and/or French as a plus - Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development - Strong experience with C#, .NET and ASP.NET (Web API and MVC) - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks such as Angular or Vue.Js - Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, containers and AKS - Familiarity with design principles like SOLID, DRY and KISS - Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach - Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a teamAdditional assets include knowledge of SQL and Azure storage/compute services.What you'll get in return You will receive a permanent full-time contract with a competitive salary package: - Gross monthly salary between €3,430–€4,900, depending on experience - Bonus plan including non-recurring bonus, annual bonus and a fixed Christmas bonus (€40 + €40 per child) - Meal vouchers (€8/day), eco vouchers (€250/year) and sport & culture vouchers (€100) - Group insurance, hospitalization insurance and private accident insurance - Pension savings plan - Company car and mobility benefits, public transport reimbursement, bike compensation (€0.35/km) and bike leasing - 13th month - 38 days of annual leave - Flexible working, up to 3 days of remote work per week, including telework allowance and internet allowance - Additional net allowances and team-building initiatives - Access to training and development opportunities, both internal and externalWhat you need to do now Are you interested in this role?
