Your function As an Executive Assistant, you are the organizational talent who ensures structure and efficiency at the highest level. Your mission? Ensuring the executive team operates flawlessly by seamlessly aligning planning, communication, and organization. Strategic Support: You unburden the CEO by managing their calendar, priorities, and communication. Right hand to the Executive Committee: You coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and meticulously follow up on action points and decisions. Project Management & Presentations: You prepare strategic dossiers and high-impact PowerPoint presentations. Office & Facility Management: You ensure an optimal working environment, from managing suppliers to supporting the onboarding of new colleagues. Your profile You are a proactive multi-tasker who is always one step ahead. Discretion is second nature to you, and you communicate with flair at every level. Experience : You have at least 3 years of experience in a support role at the executive level. Education : You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Communication, or equivalent through experience. Language Skills : You speak and write fluently in Dutch, French, and English. Tech-savvy : MS Office (and PowerPoint in particular) holds no secrets for you. Mindset : You thrive on structure, enjoy planning ahead, and maintain a clear overview even when the pressure is on.
