Visit our job page YOUR MISSION - What you’ll achieveAs Strategic Account Manager, you'll lead enterprise-level sales efforts targeting C-suite hospital leadership across Europe. This role is critical to positioning XEOS as a strategic partner in capital-intensive healthcare environments, with a strong emphasis on executive-level relationships, value selling, and deal orchestration.By joining our team, you’ll help XEOS bring peace of mind to patients by pushing the limits of imaging precisely where it matters. #WeAreXEOS YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - What you’ll doBe a driven, entrepreneurial sales leader who proactively identifies opportunities, engages decision-makers, and pushes boundaries to drive technology adoptionOwn and drive the sales process with hospital executive stakeholders (CEO, CFO, COO, CMO, etc.) for the XEOS AURA 10 PET-CT specimen imagerDevelop tailored value propositions aligned with hospital operational and strategic goalsCoordinate with clinician-focused teams to align messaging and influence stakeholders at all levelsManage complex capital equipment sales cycles (6–18 months) from first contact to closeNavigate hospital procurement, budgeting, and executive decision-making processesRepresent XEOS at industry events, C-level conferences, trade shows, and field-specific cases to stay informed, to build brand awareness and pipeline, and to network to promote our storyBe a trusted advisor to key accounts and ensure long-term satisfaction and partnershipGather and share market insights with internal teams (Product, Marketing, R&D) to refine strategy and roadmapReport to the Head of Sales Europe, communicate clearly across teams, and maintain your asset(s) in good condition YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE - What you bring and Who you are MBA or advanced business education—or equivalent experience10+ years of experience in capital equipment sales in healthcareProven success closing €500K–€2M+ enterprise deals with C-suite stakeholdersDeep understanding of hospital capital planning, procurement, ROI modeling, and value analysisExecutive presence with strong negotiation and relationship-building skillsFluent in Dutch and English (oral and written)Based in Belgium with willingness to travel across Europe to meet clients and attend eventsStrategic, autonomous, and adaptable—comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environmentFamiliarity with IDNs, academic medical centers, or large hospital systemsA natural communicator, networker, and team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetAgile learner, able to adapt and grow in a dynamic environment while contributing to XEOS’s mission NICE TO HAVE – What we loveExperience selling first-in-category or disruptive medical technologyBackground in imaging technologies or nuclear medicineFluency in German, French or other European languages OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU – What we offerA high-impact, strategic role in a growing MedTech companyCompetitive compensation package, including attractive variable payA comfortable and well-located office in Ghent for regular check-ins with the teamFlexibility to work remotely up to 2 days/weekA collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where your work, ideas and actions make a differenceThe opportunity to shape the future of intraoperative imaging and improve patient outcomes JOIN THE JOURNEY - Apply and be part of our teamAre you ready to help us bring disruptive intraoperative imaging to hospitals across Europe?You will experience a positive company culture that values teamwork and that encourages initiatives and celebrate out-of-the-box thinking.Sounds like chemistry to you?
