For a client of mine in the Brussels Region/Belgium, I am looking for a Freelance Support Engineer to work on 2nd line Support.
This role is 3 days working on site and 2 days remote working.
Role:
* As a Support Engineer you are responsible within this dynamic organization for maximizing the productivity of the end-users through the effective use of the Windows products.
* Next to working on 2nd line support, you will be working closely with colleagues ensuring their office 365 applications work smoothly.
* You will be supporting O365 applications, Ticketing, support on smartphones, working autonomously and will be a key part for the future of this company.
Required:
- Professional experience in a similar role (L2 Support Engineer).
- You have experience working with Active Directory, Windows, Support, etc.
- You have experience working with SCCM, Intune, ServiceNow, Citrix, etc.
- Fluent in English
