Banking/IT/Project manager/ Agile/Governance
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a Tribe operating in an Agile Scrum environment within a highly demanding financial context.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate deliveries across multiple Agile squads
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
Implement and follow Product Delivery Management processes
Identify and remove blockers and risks impacting delivery
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and internal policies
Manage the application lifecycle (delivery, integration, cost, resilience)
Communicate progress and report to stakeholders and steering committees
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including Agile environments
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools ( Jira, Confluence )
Proven experience in delivery management and stakeholder management
Experience in regulated environments (banking, insurance, etc.)
Strong understanding of IT governance, security, and compliance
