About the Role
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who has deep product curiosity, storytelling ability, and on-camera confidence. This role sits at the heart of how we bring Qargo to market- shaping messaging, defining the commercial narrative for new capabilities, leading major feature launches and product updates externally and enabling sales & marketing.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand what transport & logistics operators need and how Qargo solves for it. Then you'll translate those insights into positioning and messaging and front regular prospect-facing webinars, recording product explainers, and being a visible face of Qargo.

Key Responsibilities
Product marketing & positioning
* Own product and feature positioning for Qargo's platform and Qargo Intelligence (AI capabilities)
* Work with Product Leads to translate major roadmap items into launch plans
* Define external commercial narrative and tiered launch processes behind monthly releases, working alongside Product Leads (who define the product) and the Digital Customer Enablement Manager (who owns customer education and adoption)
* Own and ensure consistent messaging across marketing, sales and external channels
* Develop persona and sector-specific messaging (carriers, forwarders, groupage, container, bulk etc.)
Content & comms (external-facing)
* Become one of the public voices of Qargo on on-demand and live prospect-facing webinars and short-form videos (Digital Customer Enablement owns customer adoption webinars)
* Record product explainers, feature walkthroughs, and customer use cases
* Support PR, announcements, and major company news with messaging
* Collaborate with marketing & Content Marketing Manager to feed campaigns around new releases and themes
* Make complex operational concepts simple and exciting
Commercial enablement
* Build Google Slide decks, battle cards (competitor and general), one-pagers, and talk tracks aligned to Qargo's platform positioning
* Share with the commercial team updates on features, messaging, and competitive insights
* Define how new features are packaged, positioned and commercialised
* Support Content/Sales Enablement with positioning and messaging inputs while they own rollout to the wider sales team
Market & customer Insight
* Stay connected to operators across our segments and geos: FR, UK & IE, BE, NL
* Conduct win/loss analysis and competitive research
* Feedback to Product Leads - bringing commercial insights into roadmap conversations
Skills & Experience
* 4+ years in B2B Product Marketing (SaaS)
* Strong communicator - confident presenting, hosting webinars, and recording content
* Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly storytelling
* Comfortable with setting function & processes up from scratch
* Experience working with Product teams and leading go-to-market plans
* A naturally curious and technical mindset
