Driven by further expansion at Arcadis, the CTS business unit requires a Recruitment Specialist to join our Belgium team. The successful candidate will have relevant industry experience.
This position will particularly suit an individual who can work on their own initiative within a regulated industry, and who is energized by working within a busy team environment. Due to the company’s global expansion strategy this new position will offer the successful candidate a strong career path.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting Hiring Managers across various disciplines
* Service existing client accounts
* Support specialist recruitment campaigns
* Source suitably qualified candidates
* Candidate database management
* Managing the recruitment process through to interview & offer stage
* Negotiating candidate contracts & finalizing onboarding arrangements
Key experience:
* Recruitment background with experience in sourcing candidates for a variety of technical positions.
* Knowledge and/or experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, chemical, construction or food & beverage manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
* Knowledge of selection methods (e.g. competence based interview) and acquainted with recruitment channels (e.g. social media) and tools (e.g. recruitment software)
* Ability to work within a team environment and have a desire to achieve agreed targets. xphnsxz
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong commercial awareness.
* You are fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus
